Terms of Service

By using the Mailforge website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to use our services only for lawful outbound and business communications.

Mailforge provisions Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailboxes and related DNS configuration as described in your order. Deliverability depends on your content, targeting, warmup, and sending practices — we monitor infrastructure health but do not guarantee inbox placement percentages.

Pricing for Mailforge Starter is $45 per domain per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom plans are quoted separately. Cancellation and replacement policies are confirmed at onboarding.

Questions: hello@mailforge.io.

This is a stub agreement for the marketing MVP and will be replaced with full commercial terms before paid onboarding.
